TLC Cartridges must be installed and removed with this companion TLC Torque Wrench “ no other tool should be substituted. The TLC Torque Wrench may be used with the r7 quad and r7 quad TP driver.
r7 quad TLC Cartridges feature a special six-pointed drive for use with the TLC Torque Wrench; we chose six points to allow more points of contact for a more secure connection. Because TLC Cartridges are designed to be tightened to 30 inch-pounds of torque, the TLC Torque Wrench is self-limiting, and will deliver the exact amount to prevent over-tightening. Installation and removal of TLC Cartridges is made easier by the TLC Torque Wrench's T-shaped handle, which helps you to generate the necessary amount of torque.
