We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
Best Buy Golf Supply is your discount golf equipment retailer. Manufacturers have suggested retail prices "SRP" which is supplied by the manufacturers that is what they suggest you sell at. "SRP" are for your reference only. This is a guildline for you to see the savings we save you. We will not be undersold from any authorized dealer of the same in stock product we are offering. We do accept returns a brand new unused merchandise only. Returns are not allowed for any custom assembled golf clubs. All Best Buy Golf Supply merchandise is covered by a manufacturers warranty against breakage under normal playing conditions. Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered.
Warranty Information
If a problem arrises with any product and the product has been used in any way this will be handled as a warranty situation. All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period we will do everything in our power to assist you in taking care of the issue. All shipping costs related to the warranty are the customers responsibility. If you are not sure of the warranty period you can call Best Buy Golf Supply to inquire about the manufacturer's warranty time period. It is at the manufacturer's discretion on repairs, replacements or refunds of the item. Manufacturers ask to please allow 4 to 6 weeks for any repairs from the time the manufacturer receives the returned item. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items. All special ordered items and any custom orders are not returnable.

Best Buy Golf Supply stands behind every item we sell in our catalog. Best Buy Golf Supply is committed to having happy customers that can’t wait to shop with us again. Our business is driven off word of mouth and referrals from family and friends. We would like to thank each and every customer that has gotten us where we are today and where we are going in the future. Growing everyday one customer at a time. If you are not happy with your item you may return after obtaining a return authorization number from one of our staff. The RA number must cleary written on the outside of box and if we can not locate any RA number on the package it the package will be refused. We do suggest you insure your packages. Items returned must be returned in the original packaging along with any materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected and the credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. All shipping costs and handling fees are nonrefundable. Best Buy Golf Supply does reserves the right to assess a restocking charge if need be. In the case we do need to assesss a restocking fee it will not exceed 20%. When returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, warranty information, and any printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a refund. Closeouts, custom orders, demo items, personalized items, open videos, DVD's and computer software are not returnable.
International Customers
Internet fraud is on the rise. We will not process any international order until we receive a faxed, emailed, or mailed copy of your monthly credit card statement showing us the same billing address as to who we are shipping the product to. The information we receive from you will then be inspected by the processing company. Any fraudulent information will be turned over to the federal government. All international returns the customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Best Buy Golf Supply. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will only be billed upon shipment of your order. If a customer initiates a charge back against Best Buy Golf Supply the customer is responsible for all chargeback fees.
Best Buy Golf Supply accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received so please contact us prior mailing in payment to check availability. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Shipping Time: All Assembled products will ship in 1-4 business days from the date of the order and components orders received by 12:00 noon Pacific Time ship the same day, provided the product(s) ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are only a estimate and may change depending on your location. We will contact you if a cost change has to be made. When ordering online you must be exact when entering your address, city, state, and zip code. UPS back bills us on all addresses typo errors. We will pass on the fee of $7.00 for these mistakes as all our data is imported direct into UPS from what you enter on your order. We incur shipping costs on your behalf when a product is shipped to you so all shipping costs are non refundable. Any product that is refused, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways and will credited minus a 20% restocking fee.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, DHL or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We do ship intnernationally using US Postal they save you money on duties & taxes. What we do is charge the actual shipping costs plus $15.00 to do all the paperwork and deliver your product to the post office. We select the most affordable air shipment. We never select overnight unless the customer asks for it. Before ordering please Email Us with the exact products you are wanting to order and your exact shipping address including your country. We will email you back with a estimated shipping cost to get the products to you. Products will only be delivered to the matching address of the billing credit card. You must also fax us a copy of your monthly credit card statment showing the exact same shipping address as the credit card you are using. Please fax to 916-989-9071 and also include your order number on the fax. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Best Buy Golf Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Best Buy Golf Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Best Buy Golf Supply shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
